Pregnancy Yoga Program

These are a special set of practices offered to those who are pregnant to prepare the body for an easier delivery and natural birth. These practices are also important for the neurological development of the child. They include certain asanas, breathing practices, chanting, and Nada Yoga (Sound Yoga). Participants will also have a chance to hear talks on different aspects of motherhood and being a parent.

Participants can be at any stage of pregnancy for this program. (This program is not for those who are trying to conceive.)
