Classical Hatha Yoga

Welcome to Namita.Yoga - I'm Namita

I have been intrigued with human mechanics and behavior ever since I can remember. My quest led me to choose Physical Therapy as my career path. Interacting with people for over ten years as a Physical Therapist, I noticed that the deep intricate relationship between the body, mind and environment, largely remained unaddressed.

Youtube introduced me to Sadhguru in 2013 and thereafter, I participated in all the basic and advanced yoga programs offered by Isha Foundation. These yogic practices brought about a new clarity, balance and ease to my life. Above all, I started getting a deeper understanding of how the mind and body function. This turned out to be a game-changer for me as my life became more and more relaxed and effortless. It was like I was starting to find the remote control to the mind and body.

My only regret was that I, and those around me weren't introduced to these profound Yogic sciences and the tools of inner well-being earlier on in our lives. This regret blossomed into an inspiration for me to complete the intensive Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher's Training Program offered by Sadhguru Gurukulam. I look forward to offering Classical Hatha Yoga to the world with all my heart and be a part of making these profound Yogic sciences available to all.

What is Hatha Yoga?

Your physical health, your psychological wellbeing, and your spiritual possibility depend on how well aligned you are with existence. Essentially, Hatha Yoga is towards establishing this alignment. Hatha Yoga in its original form is not an exercise form to gain fitness or lose weight but a methodology for a human being to flower into an ultimate possibility.
